KP Law is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
SRA regulated firms are required to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce every two years.
The SRA uses this data to understand and promote diversity in the profession, and to monitor the diversity impact of the changes it makes.
Here is a summary of the responses we collected from the SRA diversity data survey in 2023*.
*The SRA diversity data survey was sent to 85 members of staff across 4 offices and the data is based on the 57 who responded.
