Tom Longstaff

Tom is a partner and Head of Product Liability at KP Law. As an experienced barrister and qualified solicitor, Tom has appeared in the High Court in many complex and high value claims, as well as in appeals before the English appellate courts.

With considerable experience of insolvency litigation, Tom is regularly instructed to advise in complex insolvency disputes.

Tom trained as a solicitor at DLA Piper in Leeds before moving to Magic Circle firm Linklaters. Tom was a founder of Lanier Longstaff Hedar & Roberts (LLHR), a UK claimant firm which targeted group legal actions such as pharmaceutical claims, product liability and competition liability. LLHR later merged to become KP Law.
